Our home territory. From West Chester, HTS provides scheduled on-site service throughout Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the greater Philadelphia metro area. We serve Center City office buildings, University City campuses, industrial parks along the I-95 corridor, suburban corporate campuses on the Main Line, and school districts across all five southeastern PA counties. Our COSTARS and PEPPM contract presence makes procurement straightforward for Pennsylvania municipalities, school districts, and state agencies.
New Jersey: North, Central & South
HTS serves all of New Jersey from the Camden and Cherry Hill area through the Princeton corridor up to North Jersey and the New York metro fringe. We install security cameras, access control, and network infrastructure for warehouses along the New Jersey Turnpike, corporate offices in Bergen and Morris counties, pharmaceutical facilities in central New Jersey, and shore-area commercial properties. Our team is experienced with New Jersey building codes and fire alarm integration requirements specific to Garden State municipalities.
Delaware: Wilmington, Dover & Statewide
Delaware's proximity to our West Chester office makes it one of our most-served states. HTS provides security and IT services throughout Delaware including the Wilmington business district, Newark's university corridor, Dover government buildings, and industrial facilities along the I-95 and Route 1 corridors. We work with Delaware school districts, healthcare providers, and manufacturers on both new construction and retrofits.
